The Job and Career Information Center provides materials and services to individuals exploring careers or seeking jobs. Services provided include free resume reviews by appointment and workshops on job searching, interviewing, and résumé writing.
The Job Seekers Toolkit from the State Library Resource Center
The Maryland State Library Resource Center has put together a series of tutorials for library customers to use during their job search. The tutorials help the customer prepare for their job search, covering such tasks as applying for an e-mail address, searching job websites and applying online for a job.
Online Computer Classes from Allegany County Public Library
