Last Chance for Gala Event
It's the last week before our annual gala event, this year's theme: Harford Sparkles. Truly, the library will sparkle with 400 guests enjoying the culinary delights provided by Bomboy Chocolates, Bottleworks, Broom's Bloom Dairy, Carried Away Gourmet, Coffee Coffee, Open Door Cafe, Patisserie Lucie, Ropewalk Tavern, and Torino's Restaurant & Sports Bar along with live music by Al Maniscalco quartet (not to men dancing in the stacks!) You can also participate in a live and silent auction. The event is near to sell out, so be sure to contact Foundation Director, Vanessa Milio (410-273-5600), for ticket availability. See more information... or you can order your tickets online.

Games, Games, Games
From a highly successful Mystery Night in Bel Air last Friday to a wide variety of gaming nights and open play opportunities, the library is becoming the place to come to have some fun. If you're interested in XBox, board games, group games, pizza, and even a few Halloween costumes to add to the mix, then you've got to check us out. Go to our Events page and type in games... over 15 different events are available from now until the end of November! Some of these events are "after hours" which means they're great for older kids and teens who are looking for something different to do on a Friday night. And, of course, snacks are always provided.
