Harford County Public Library locations will once again serve as collection sites for the 2025 Empty Stocking Fund. Help make this year's holidays a little brighter for those less fortunate by dropping off new, unwrapped toys and gift items at your local HCPL branch.
Branch Holiday Donation Drives

Harford County Public Library is proud to support our community. This holiday season, all HCPL locations will be collecting donations for organizations located right in their neighborhood from November 1 - 30.
Aberdeen Bible Church Food Pantry
Items needed: canned vegetables, canned tuna, canned meats, soup, macaroni & cheese, crackers, sugar, shelf-stable milk, peanut butter, jelly, and oatmeal.
Grace Food Pantry
Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary School Clothing Pantry
Items needed: new coats in boys/girls sizes 18mo-XL with tags
