Light Therapy Lamps
Humans are programmed to be active and awake while the sun is shining, and at home in bed when it is dark at night. Without enough sunlight exposure in the day, this can result in us feeling low, lethargic and unproductive. Many people feel a little down during the winter when the sun is shining a little less.
