Modified Schedule: On Tuesday, January 7, all Harford County Public Library locations will open at 12 Noon
and close at 5:00 PM due to recent inclement weather.
System Upgrade: On Tuesday, January 14, the library will conduct a computer system upgrade. Access to public computers, library databases, e-resources, and account access will be unavailable during this time.
Holiday Closure: The library will be closed Monday, January 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

She will also share MSA’s policies, such as what researchers should bring to the archives, how to request physical records, accessing digital records, and the many other resources available onsite.
