This one-of-a-kind experience provides an outstanding team-building opportunity for businesses, organizations, and volunteers.

How It Works:
To be eligible for the Halloween Costume Workshop, a child must live in Harford County, use a wheelchair as their primary mode of mobility and be able to attend the Costume Workshop on the following dates:
Costume Design, Building, and Fittings Dates: Friday, October 4th from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR Saturday, October 5th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Trunk or Treat Event: Saturday, October 5th from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
